If you are dreaming of home ownership but are having trouble finding any homes in your price range, or if you just don't want to spend any more than you have to but you want to buy a nice home for yourself, then looking into a townhouse can be a good option. This is because townhouses are generally a bit more affordable than comparable single-family homes.

For the last several years, I've used a property management firm to help with my rental properties.
